Correct selection depends on your feed size distribution and the density contrast of your valuable minerals:

• Chrome Rougher (0.5 to 2.0 mm): High-recovery setup using double starts and 5 to 7 turns with wash water at Stage 2.

• Chrome Cleaner (0.1 to 1.0 mm): Single or double start with reduced wash water and fine splitter apertures to upgrade concentrate grade.

• Iron Ore Rougher (0.3 to 2.0 mm): 7-turn double start modules with moderate wash water to effectively reject silica.

• Coal Fines (0.15 to 2.0 mm): Single start with low wash water and lower feed density for a sharp low SG split.

• Scavenger Duty (0.3 to 2.0 mm): High-capacity profile with open splitters to capture “near-miss” particles from tailings streams.
