- Custom orders, including custom-cut wire mesh, specific screen panel apertures, or custom milling rod lengths, cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Delivery and Risk
- Songatech delivers industrial products across South Africa and the SADC region.
- Risk in the products passes to the client immediately upon delivery to the site or upon collection by the client’s designated courier from our Alrode facility.

- Our technical specifications and selection guides are provided for general guidance. The client must ensure that product selections (such as material grade, hardness profiles, or dimensions) match their specific plant environment and safety standards.
- Songatech is not liable for operational downtime, production losses, or equipment damage caused by incorrect product installation or mechanical misuse on site.
